Terri Gay

Watercolors of landscapes and architectural subjects make up the majority of my work. My sketchbooks are full of sketches of outdoor adventures and travels. Plein air watercolor was a natural choice for elaborating on my drawing skills and entering the challenge of a new medium. I have traveled in four continents, all the while sketching my travels. I hiked the Arizona Trail, connecting footsteps from Mexico to Utah over a span of six years. I’m currently creating a collection of paintings of sites along the trail. (terrigay.com)
